Flora And Fauna | Mounts and Draft Animals
These draconic mounts have long, slender bodies covered in shimmering green scales, and muscular legs with extended scales that form gripping “claws” along its legs well beyond the foot.
When bred and trained for war a canopy drake is a fierce predator and difficult to manage for any but the best riders.
Bred for riding they can cover long distances without tiring, and as a draft animal they can pull moderate loads with great determination.
In all forms they are loyal to their riders or handlers if treated well and will act independently to defend them if they believe them to be threatened.
